Product information

LK Built-in Cabinet M5 VT is intended for use where you want to hide the LK Mini Circuit Valve M5 in the wall. The cabinet has a tight bottom with rubber pipe penetrations. The cabinet bottom is equipped with outlets for leakage indication, which means that any leakage water is drained to any inspectable place in accordance with industry practice. The cabinet is made of 1 mm sheet steel, powder coated in white color RAL 9016.
The cabinet is available in two different designs:
• LK Built-in cabinet M5 VT that holds the LK Mini circuit valve M5.
• LK Built-in cabinet M5 VT-XL that houses the LK Mini circuit valve M5 with electronic control equipment. The cabinet can also be used to hide the LK 1 circuit set and its electronic control equipment.
LK Built-in cabinet M5 VT / LK Built-in cabinet M5 VT-XL is mounted built into a wall with a minimum frame thickness of 70 mm.
The cabinet is delivered with mounted door and frame, attachment to M5 valve, associated pipe bushings, spray protection and enclosed installation instructions.
The back of the cabinet is equipped with four M8 nuts that can be used as an attachment to the LK Cabinet stand as you wish to mount the cabinet before the concrete slab is cast.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
