Opportunity to acquire a so-called "fenmerca" of the 1967 model year, here with a 55 horsepower diesel engine. The car has been in the same family since 1969 and today has four registered owners.
The car was parked in 1980 and was tucked away until 2018 when it was inspected. Since the inspection, the car has been driven about 500 miles.
Before the inspection in 2018, the following was done:
Rear brakes, aside from the drums everything was changed.
New tires all around.
Water pump was replaced.
Oil in engine and rear axle changed.
The bodywork has fared relatively well from rust, small tendencies of surface rust are present in places. A hole between the wheel housing and luggage has been found. Touch-up painted in spots around the body (see pictures), whether this is due to scratches or rust repairs or something else, we do not know
Inside, the car looks well maintained and even if there is wear, the overall impression is good.
Judged to be a good item for original restoration or just cherish and enjoy just as it is.
In the car there are older inspection reports, invoices, maps etc. See pictures
