Here we have a very unusual car, of which there are probably a few in the whole world.

Willys is a well-known car manufacturer in the United States that is best known for its Jeep models, but passenger cars were also manufactured from different models.

It is the car has a model designation 96A Touring.

The engine is a 4-cylinder side valve engine of 40 hp which was quite a lot at the time, the engine has good traction and works excellently even today. The gearbox is 3-speed and there are mechanical brakes on all wheels.

Some facts and history about the car:

The car is Swedish sold only 1 in the whole of the Nordic region, There are three copies in Europe by Willys Overland Whippet 96A This copy was renovated in 1980-1985 John North Willys started as a car dealer in Elmira, New York, USA. In 1907, he stepped into a car manufacturer with financial problems, a company in Indiana. After a rapid name change in 1908, the company was named Willys-Overland Co and ran its automobile business in Toledo, Ohio instead. During the years 1912-1918, they were the second largest car manufacturer in the United States after Ford. This car has a 40 hp side valve engine. I bought the car 2015-05-06 by Kent-Ove Nordberg who in turn bought the car from Kurt Berglind who was the one who completely renovated the car in the 80's and there is some documentation about this

In summary, a very unusual and interesting car in a good original condition.
