The car is test driven
Starts normally
Runs, as you might expect, normally in engine, gearbox + brakes
Good tires around 5-7 mm
Stainless steel exhaust pipe
No visible oil leaks from the engine
The ignition probably needs to be adjusted, the engine runs unevenly when it is cold. Significantly better with hot engine
The heat meter may not display correctly. It goes almost to the bottom, then you can easily put your finger in the fridge.
The horn does not work
The driver's seat is really worn
The passenger seat slides in its groove, some lock needs to be fixed
The passenger window cannot be cranked down
Dry cracks in rubber strips around windows
The car is welded in several places
Some paint release occurs
A hub cap is missing
But a little care and review, it can be a nice car

Dismantling
A company is shuting down some of its operations and need help with clearing the premises and selling equipment they no longer need. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.
