The machine has not been used for about 10 years and therefore needs a review of service when it is installed. Manuals are available.

The later pictures show when the machine was set up and in use. At present, the machine is dismantled and stored in storage.

Feature:

Empty capsules are placed in the feed table - vacuum / suction cups pick up the capsule in the spinner, the capsule forms its own punches in the date / batch no. Hand picking of filled capsule .... other automating equipment is scrapped, we shrunk the capsules in "loaves" but that place was needed first .....

Revolver-type volume filler, 6 cylinders for a volume of 500ml up to 2500ml depending on the number of strokes.

Tesab linear scale with pusher for incorrect weight. It can also adjust the weight automatically up and down with a delay of about 8 packages.

The machine worked best when filling 30 capsules / min.

 

Other equipment:

Nordson glue unit model older.

Number punches to date / batch no.

2-3 sets of filling cylinders (Teflon coated), do not really remember if it is 3 ... can check for interest ...

Protective cage for the machine, 3 sides ... (Standing against the wall)

Various wear parts / spare parts ....

Printer (Pajama paper I think it is called ..) For printing the produced number of packages / weights etc ...

The machine worked when we took it down, but we switched to detergent in the bucket and refill bag instead.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
