Ecokant, edging machine mounted on the Ecosågen's movable saw unit. The edging consists of two vertically mounted saw blades, diameter 200 mm, which can be moved sideways via a crank. When the edging is to be activated, it is folded down manually with a lever. The edging is driven by a separate electric motor. The width of the board is quickly adjusted via a measuring scale.
The vertical edging blades run ahead and make two grooves in the wood. Then cut the horizontal saw blades exactly at the bottom of these grooves. The board is thus edged and sawn in the same step, which is a technical breakthrough when it comes to small-scale sawing.
The edging blades are divided in the middle, pattern protected, which means that they are replaced quickly and easily for grinding and other maintenance.
The edging consists of two vertical saw blades that reach exactly down to the saw cut made by the two horizontal saw blades. The edging is driven by a separate electric motor. When the edging is not to be used, the two vertical blades are easily folded up with the help of a lever.
Dimension adjustment is done quickly by displacing the blades laterally with the help of a crank to the desired dimension. Ecokant is a technical breakthrough that makes it possible to edge the board at the same time as it is sawn. So there are four saw blades working at the same time, "quattro".

Grinding machine, makes it easy and profitable to grind Ecosågen's saw blades and the edge mill's saw blades, completely independent of access to grinders.
Preferably placed on a small work table. The grinder is operated manually and is intended for breast grinding of the cemented carbide tooth. The grinding head is adjustable in different grinding angles. An adjustable stop supports the blade and counteracts vibrations. The depth of the grinding movement is set with an adjustable bottom stop. The grinding machine is equipped with lighting.
Ecoslip works with a specially developed diamond disc that does not need water cooling.
Ecoslip can grind both Ecosåg's 400 mm blades and Ecokant's 200 mm blades.
