The transfer includes aesthetic injection products which are covered by the CE marking as medical devices with risk class III. The products are not intended for personal use and require special training for use (cf. Act (2021: 363) on aesthetic surgical procedures and aesthetic injection treatments). Based on this, the transfer of the product takes place with the following conditions.

The buyer confirms that he has the training required to use the products in accordance with the Act (2021: 363) on aesthetic surgical procedures and aesthetic injection treatments.

The buyer is aware that the transfer takes place in its existing condition and that the selling bankruptcy estate can not provide any guarantees regarding the product., Its condition, etc. The buyer has been given the opportunity to check the product before handing over the acquired product and the buyer takes full responsibility for future use of the product .

The buyer is aware that a condition for the manufacturer's 'aftermarket follow-up' to be fulfilled also towards the acquirer in accordance with the regulations for medical devices is that the manufacturer of the products is informed that the products have reached a new end user. The buyer therefore undertakes to the seller to contact the manufacturer himself and inform about this transfer as soon as possible after this transfer.

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
