The caravan is perceived to be in fairly normal condition for its age.
On the outside, it looks relatively undamaged and straight out of the plate.
On At the towbar, the safety wire should be checked, as it is not fixed as it should today.
The kitchen window has been replaced with an insulation board, as it came loose during a trip.
Inside, it might need cleaning.
As usual with caravans that start to age, there are defects inside after normal use, and blinds that start to mess up, etc., but it is cosmetic that can often be remedied.
The seating group in the front edge can be made into a bed, but is made into a picture.
We have not tested any functions or equipment at all on the caravan, nor performed any moisture test, but we do not experience any bad smell in the caravan. But older caravans are seldom 100% dense.
Door lock defective and key missing.
The existing owner has used gas heating and gas stove without problems, as well as heating with immersion heater.
In the front part it is repainted, where, however, the wallpapers have been released as seen in the picture.

Solar panel on the roof, and a 74Ah battery inside.
Awning. (unknown condition, and without awning mat)
Primus 2480 gas boiler.
Waterborne heat.
Refrigerator with electricity / gas.
LPG bottle, uncertain degree of filling.
Inspected and approved until 2022-07-31.
Only 1190kg in total weight, so can be towed by most normal-sized cars.
As no functions have been tested at all, we recommend that you as an interested party come on display, and if you want to measure moisture on site with your own equipment, it is ok.
