The object includes a car workshop located on Klockarebäcken in Umeå, complete with equipment.

The sale also includes taking over the lease.

The room is 115 sqm and has a large gate with personal entrance (the right gate in the last picture).

Monthly rent: SEK 9,000 + VAT / month.

Rent for parking space outside with space for about 30 cars: SEK 1,050 / month.

Notice period: 6 months.

The rent includes ground heating, water, property tax, snow removal of public areas.

Electricity is invoiced periodically.

NOTE! In order for the transaction to be completed, the buyer must first be approved by the landlord. This is checked after the auction has ended.

Delivery takes place by agreement with the seller. Payment of the invoice and contact with the seller must have taken place within seven days after the auction has ended.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item
