Again AB in bankruptcy has with a patented process returned the nutrients from sorted urine where 98% of phosphorus, 70% of nitrogen and potassium are captured. The process has produced a concentrated fertilizer and in the next step also a nutrient-enriched arable land.

Prototype equipment has been developed and the equipment has been test-mounted at Chalmers. The equipment that is included are the machines, tools and the special machines that are developed for this project.

The company has invested a lot of time and money in this project (fixed assets SEK 1,146,000) After many years, main owners and investors have realized that they do not have the time and motivation to continue the project. Therefore, the bankruptcy trustee now wants to find a new stakeholder for this project that is judged to have great future value for the right buyer.

Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
