The Aeron has a compliant synchronous swing with a tilt limiter that can be set to three different depths, and that can be locked in an upright position. The Aeron Adjustable PostureFit support has a seat that tilts forward when you lean forward, distributing your body weight in a natural way. From the normal horizontal position, the seat can be tilted five degrees forward. In this way, you never lose the important support the chair offers.
