King size weighted blanket (240×220 cm) in temperature-regulating cotton that is designed to naturally reduce stress, provide relaxation and increased well-being. A great gift for yourself or loved ones. The heavy blanket helps the nervous system to relax by simulating the feeling of being held or hugged and makes you fall asleep quickly and sleep better.

Compartments filled with hypoallergenic, non-toxic and odorless crystallized sand crystals (not silicone or polyethylene) provide an even pressure that causes the blanket to form tightly next to the body to release a series of body-specific hormones that have an anti-anxiety and calming effect. Blood pressure is lowered, breathing becomes calmer and this makes a considerable difference to the quality of your sleep.

Free from polyester and microplastics
The blanket's outer fabric and padding are 100% cotton. One reason why some fabrics "breathe" worse than others is usually due to the fact that they contain polyester, which restricts the skin from breathing.

Beckasin weighted blankets are certified according to Oeko-Tex®, which means that the textiles have undergone thorough tests and are free of additives that can be dangerous for skin and health.

The weight blanket is tested and approved as a medical device. Quality assured through CE certification with classification 93/42/EEC Medical devices (MDD), which guarantees the best possible quality.

The weighted blanket is separable with a zipper in the middle to enable washing in a regular household machine. Check the capacity of the washing machine before washing. 60 degrees gentle wash (washing program equivalent to hand washing with low spin). Should be flat-dried, must not be tumbled or ironed. Shaken and aired regularly, not whipped or vacuumed. Can be steam washed.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
