The car was imported in 2021 from a Volvo dealer in northern Germany. The car has a full service history and has had all mechanical work done by an authorized workshop since new. Timing belt was changed at 198400km and has done about 3000 miles since then.
At the registration inspection in 2022, the inspector remarked on the car's stainless undercarriage and how well the car has stood the test of time.
The owner has updated the car with complete beige leather interior from an anniversary car (in 2002 anniversary cars of various models were produced to celebrate Volvo's 75th anniversary). In addition to other updates from the anniversary model, there are also chromed door handles, chromed strip for the trunk lid and a spoiler and lacquered mudguards for all 4 wheels.
In the spring of 2022, the front carriage was updated with new brakes, refurbished brake calipers and complete suspension struts.
The car has nice original 16" Volvo rims with perfectly ok tread depth (around 5-6mm on all). The winter wheels are also Volvo originals, so-called BBS 16" with studded winter tires purchased in 2019, which have been used for 1.5 seasons, so basically in new condition.
The car was machine polished in June 2022, still has a couple of minor scratches but gives a good overall impression.
Instead of the original stereo, there is a modern Pioneer SPH-10BT that integrates with a modern Apple or Android phone.
Inspected without remark 2022-06-17. Next inspection no later than 31/08/2023.
Due to the previous owner being disabled, the vehicle has not been in use for the past 3 months.
