Floor +1 (warehouse and staff space) has an annual fee of SEK 126,119 excluding VAT.
In addition, the bankruptcy estate also had a parking space with an annual cost of SEK 5,246 excluding VAT.
Total monthly cost: SEK 37,147 incl. VAT.
As this is a condominium, buyers need to be approved by the association in connection with a change of ownership.
