Items can be collected by the buyer or a shipping company. The location can be accessed with a truck but not with trailer. Items can be loaded on to the truck by the seller.

Items are sold on "as is, where is" basis. The seller or PS Auction Finland Oy won't guarantee condition other than what is described here.

All bids are binding and the bidding fee is charged on all items. The item is sold as is, with basic description, and or NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

Noutoajankohta on joustava, mutta pitää sopia etukäteen. Voittaneisiin huutajiin tullaan olemaan yhteydessä huutokaupan jälkeen. On suositeltavaa, että laitteet noudetaan joulukuun 17. päivään mennessä. Tämän jälkeen nouto siirtyy ainakin tammikuun puolen välin jälkeiseen aikaan ja silloinkin mahdollinen lumimäärä voi vaikeuttaa noutoajankohtia.

Collection date is flexible but must be agreed beforehand. All auction winners will be contacted after the auction.

It's recommended that all items are collecte before 17th December.  Otherwise the collection is possible only after mid January 2023 and during the winter months possible heavy snowfall may make collection difficult

Important info

Invoice copy and proof of payment must be included in the delivery. In case a third party is appointed to conduct the collection they must have copies of the same documents with them. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item and adhere to all required safety regulations.

Divestment means that a client has goods they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is required to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

All items are sold "as is, where is". Please book an appointment to physically inspect the item.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
