As it is very crowded in the restaurant regarding the kitchen, bar area with exit routes, equipment will need to be dismantled, put to the sides etc. to get the equipment out of the premises. All equipment has been brought in through the exit / entry passages that are in the premises.

Remarks

The buyer is responsible for all dismantling of the fixtures. Objects where electricity, water are connected, the buyer is responsible for correct dismantling with professionals. There must be no cut cables or pipes. Any damage and repairs to the property are the responsibility of the buyer if proper dismantling has not been carried out.

Please note that the venue is located on a square in Nacka strand and parking options are limited outside the venue.

The buyer is responsible for all dismantling, All dismantling where there is electricity, plumbing, water connected must be dismantled by professionals. The buyer is responsible for this. Damage or defects that occur after delivery will be the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, bring in professionals for dismantling.

Due to the short time between the end of the auction and delivery, payment via Swish is preferred when the invoice is received. Bank transfer can take a couple of days and there is a risk that we will not see the payment before delivery.

 

 

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
