The EMAG VL 5 is a vertical CNC lathe designed for machining medium to large workpieces with a diameter of up to 250 mm. The machine is particularly suitable for the production of components in the automotive industry and other mechanical applications, such as gears, bearing housings and flanges. Equipped with a pick-up spindle and automatic loading/unloading for short cycle times and high productivity. The robust construction and precision make it ideal for high volume production.

Area of use

The EMAG VL 5 is used for high-volume production of machined components with precise tolerances. The vertical layout is particularly effective for handling workpieces where chip handling and thermal stability are critical factors. The machine can easily handle both standard and complex geometries thanks to the powerful spindle and versatile tool handling system.

  • The tool holder needs an overhaul, and the cooling system should be checked before starting operation.

The release of the machines takes place in consultation with the auction company and the seller. This as withdrawal of the machines must take place when the workshop is not running.

Withdrawal, delivery of the machines can take place as soon as the auction company has received the payment and the date and time have been decided with the seller.

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Disposal

Three ways to bid

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
