HEAT

The temperature is calculated to maintain + 18 degrees inside the hall at -5 degrees outside in normal conditions, i.e. not in a storm, open gate for longer periods, etc.

DEHUMIDIFIER

The hall equipped with a Munters dehumidifier designed for RH 50% (relative humidity). The dimensioning presupposes a diffusion barrier in the ground in the form of a substratum of asphalt or other equivalent waterproofing layer and does not take extra moisture loads into account.

INTERIOR CLOTH, INSULATION, & SPACE DEHUMIDIFIER

The space is equipped with inner fabric*, insulation** and Munters space dehumidifier designed for RH 60%.

* The hall is equipped with white 550 gram inner fabric which is mounted on the inside of the truss construction. Fire-technical class C-s2, d0 according to SS-EN 13501–1.

**The insulation is laid in 1 layer of 35 mm or alternatively in three layers of 35 mm (+- 5 mm/layer). It has a calculated u value of 0.37. Fire-technical class B-s1, d0 according to SS-EN 13501–1. The insulation is a polyester fiber material that is environmentally friendly and recyclable.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
