The product is sent automatically, usually 2-3 working days after completed payment to the specified address on your account (only within Sweden). Alternative delivery address can be entered under account details.

The delivery methods used are Postnord Collect (agent) and Postnord Varubrev. The shipment is notified by SMS (day 1 and 5) and letter (day 7).

If you do not receive a notification within 7 days, contact the manager for information. Uncollected packages are charged with costs for return shipping and new shipping.

No view possible

No pick-up possible. Sent to the specified address after payment.

Shipping is included to service points within Sweden.

Foreign buyers can provide a pre-paid shippinglabel and we will arrange the pick-up.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.
