For easier maintenance and cleaning, car wax can be used on the inner glass 1 - 3 times a year. The car wax provides a draining effect and thus prevents limescale stains. For limescale stains, use 45-55 degrees warm vinegar and rub in with a soft cloth, wait a while and then rinse off. For general discolouration, use citric acid. As the profiles are made of aluminium, they are easily scratched, so use a soft cloth when cleaning and avoid any kind of abrasives.

On January 24th, the premises must be vacated and any items not returned must be disposed of at the buyer's expense.

We cannot book appointments outside of these delivery times.

Pick up at the specified time at Hansavägen 6 in Södertälje. Entrance gate on the building to the left of the padel hall. Distributionsservice AB is written on the sign above.

Keep in mind that the padel hall is on both sides of the street. You enter through the gate by a chimney and down a short hill.

Please note that we are very busy during delivery days and sometimes cannot answer the phone.

Can't make it to the delivery? We will send you an email with new times for collection after the delivery has been completed. We can hold the item for you for 1 month. After that, 500 SEK/week will be invoiced in storage costs until the item is collected.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
