Häbret has put a panel on the outside of the timber ring and it looks like the timber knots are still there.

Two floors. The lower floor has been used as storage when several storage cupboards were built. A narrow flight of stairs leads you to the upper floor with a wood-burning stove.

The foundation is covered with sheet metal as protection and has a high croft foundation.

Electricity seems to have been brought to the table, but only one contact. But this can be checked by the buyer.

Approximate measurements.

Width/front/door: 4.50 metres.

Side width: 4.60 meters.

Ridge height: 5 meters

Internal floor-ceiling lower bottom: 180 cm

Internal floor-ceiling lower upper floor: 2 meters (At highest)

PS: It is up to the buyer to present the time frame for pick-up/move. However, the seller sets a time frame that the object must be gone no later than 31/12 2023. Preferably earlier.

There is some sly and less wood that may have to be removed. If there are any larger trees that must be removed, this must be checked with the landowner.
