NOTE: It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange disconnection and moving in the premises. Bring a carrying aid and the necessary tools, e.g. roller board/skates, jack, stimulator, etc.

The floor of the premises is flat with the garage door out, Outside there is a loading dock.

Loading help outside : There are companies that have loaders nearby. We have spoken to them and they will stand up and help if there is a need. You can book and pay for this job yourself. You get the phone number for the wheel loader/driver when you let us know if you need help with loading. Do it at the earliest after the end of the auction.

You will receive the delivery address on the invoice.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.

Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.

Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
