The cabin is approximately 52-54 square meters. About 9 mx 6 meters. Farstuk branch not included, which is approximately 1.6 mx 1.8 meters)
The cabin is approximately 3.80 meters high (not including chimney/brickwork or fan chimney/sheet metal)
The cabin is built on a cement slab.

The cottage is divided into the following.
Hall & Kitchen. The kitchen is approximately 13 square meters. Older stove and fridge. Floor mat.
Living room. About 17 square meters with fireplace/brick, wooden floor. High ceilings. Wooden floor.
bedroom 1. About 7 square meters. Some loose wardrobes. Floor mat.
Bedroom 2. About 8 square meters. A bunk bed. Floor carpet.
Toilet/shower. About 2.5 square meters. Washbasin, Water heater/Condition we do not know. Sunken floor for shower option. Wet room carpet floor & walls.
PS: Current owner manages disconnection of electricity, water & sewage. Much is already disconnected. Demolition permit has been submitted but if we are unlucky then dismantling cannot start until this is approved We have received verbally from the building permit department that they did not see any initial obstacles with this. But we have to wait until the decision comes. It may be that the disassembly can start in August. The owners & the building permit department shall try to expedite this.
If you don't want the plate, you can leave it, everything else must be removed. In the current situation, everything else must go away.
The owners will send someone there to prune trunks and take down some bushes at the cabin and at the entrance before the dismantling begins.
Time frame.
The cabin must be paid for as soon as possible after the auction.
Then the new owner must sign a purchase contract with the current owner.
The cottage must be gone by Sunday 20 October at the latest. But preferably as soon as possible.
