The caravan is referred to as scratch object as no functions at all have been tested on the caravan, and that it appears to have moisture damage at least at the front where a bucket has been placed, it also feels soft in the ceiling/wall above the bucket.

However, this is not how you feel a bad smell as a result of possible water damage.

Otherwise, a nice layout with a bunk bed at the back, and a seating area that can be put to bed at the front.

Laminate flooring laid on floor, and partly walls.

There is no key for the caravan.

Refurbish the trailer, or take spare parts from it and use the undercarriage for a trailer build.
